- 24 Cha Cha Chili Bean Crisps
- ½ cup refried black beans
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup grated pepper Jack cheese
- ½ avocado, diced
- 24 small sprigs cilantro
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spread the Bean Crisps out on a sheet pan. Top each with a dollop of refried beans and of salsa. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake until the cheese is bubbling, about 5 minutes.
Let cool a bit, transfer to a serving plate, top each with avocado, sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
