Here are some reviews on products for tobacco cessation on this site:
Aeropress - A popular device used to treat and prevent the urge to smoke. I have never used this product, and I believe it will make smoking more difficult. I am disappointed that this product can't be used without a doctor's prescription. This is not a good deal for this product. The price is reasonable but the device has been discontinued, so I will never purchase this product.
Altria - This company has a product with many positive reviews. I use this product and it helps. It does not make me feel any better.
The American Heart Association - I've always been skeptical of the claims made by this company, but I am glad to see that they are being more open about it. I also appreciate their willingness to make it clear that nicotine patches are not the same as cigarettes.
American Lung Association - There are very few studies that have been done to support the idea that there is a "gateway" effect between smoking and nicotine. There is a lot of evidence showing that people who smoke eventually quit, but the idea that cigarettes are more addictive than nicotine patches or gum doesn't appear to be supported.
